President: Bradley E. Forslund
Mr. Forslund has over 20 years experience in the real estate
industry. During his career he has been active in
development, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset
management. He has developed over 7,000 units totaling
approximately $600MM in total project cost. Prior to Churchill, Mr.
Forslund was the Dallas/FortWorth Regional Managing Partner and
Senior Vice President of JPI. Prior to JPI, he was an Assistant
Vice President of Acquisitions and Development with United Dominion
Realty Trust.
Mr. Forslund holds C.P.A. and Broker licenses from the State of
Texas. His education includes a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from
the University of Wisconsin, and a Graduate Finance Certificate
from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business, SMU. He has served on the
boards of the West End Association and the Central Dallas
Association (CDA).

Partner: Tony Sisk
Mr. Sisk has been involved in the development of senior care and
senior housing communities since 1997. Mr. Sisk's initial
development projects were market-rate retirement, assisted-living
and nursing-care facilities. In 2000, he began developing
independent senior living communities financed through tax exempt
bonds and tax credit equity.
Prior to 1997, Mr. Sisk was active in many aspects of the
commercial and residential real estate industry, including
investment and retail transactions, land investment development,
commercial and apartment development, management and investment
banking. Until 1982, Mr. Sisk was a partner at an Austin-based CPA
firm and had spent 10 years in public accounting, primarily Arthur
Andersen. He received a BBA in accounting from UT Austin in
1972.

Executive Vice President Robert B. Tinning,
CPM
Mr. Tinning is a Certified Property Manager and graduated from
the University of North Texas with a B.B.A. in administrative
management. Mr. Tinning joined Churchill Residential in 2006. He
has overseen conventional and affordable properties in both
lease-up and stabilized stages. Robert has been the executive vice
president responsible for a management company with a portfolio of
23,000 units and previously the president of another management
company.
Mr. Tinning has been a regional vice president and on the board
of directors for the National Apartment Association, on the
executive committee of the Texas Apartment Association as well as
the executive committee of the Apartment Association of Greater
Dallas, and is past president of the apartment associations of
Dallas, Tarrant County, and New Mexico.

Senior Regional Property Manager: Michelle Reid
Ms. Reid has over 13 years of experience in the industry with a
track record of proven performance and team building. Ms. Reid has
won numerous awards such as winning the coveted Employee of
the Year three times via nominations of her peers, as well as
awards for exceeding budget on every property in her portfolio for
eight years running.

Regional Property Manager: Lisa Rogers CAPS
Ms. Rogers' career in the multi-family management industry
spans 24 years. Throughout her career, she has had extensive
experience in pre-development, new construction and lease-up,
opening new markets and stabilized assets. She is a graduate from
Texas Christian University with a B.B.A. in Marketing.

Senior Director of Compliance: Veronica
Porras-Nunez, NCP-E, HCCP, CAPS
Ms. Porras-Nunez began her career on-site 14 years ago, where
she learned all aspects of successful on-site operations. She
subsequently was promoted to Director of Compliance and most
recently to Senior Director of Compliance. She is an active member
of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and serves on
the board of advisors for the National Compliance
Professionals.

Operations Support Specialist: Tammy Gibson, CAM
Ms. Gibson has twenty-three years in Property Management
experience working with both Multi-Family and Commercial Office
portfolios. She currently holds a Texas Real Estate License and the
Certified Apartment Manager designation. She received the 2014
Rookie of the Year Award and a Service Star Award with Churchill.
Past experience has brought her Property Manager of the Year, team
building resulting in #1 spot in the Kingsley Tenant Survey and she
served on the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) committee.
Her passion for helping people and truly being a team player is
exceeded in her daily work ethics.

Director of Human Resources - Sandy Klidas
Sandy Klidas serves Churchill Residential as their Human
Resources Director with over 25 years of progressive experience.
Nine of those years she directed Human Resources in the Healthcare
environment and her experience extends into Non Profit and Ministry
organizations. She has supported organizations ranging from 500 to
1000 employees. Her strengths are benefits administration, HRIS,
compensation and conflict resolution. Sandy earned her Human
Resource Certification through SHRM and her Management
Certification through Cornell University. She is passionate about
serving to develop and encourage positive work environments that
will foster employees to resonate the vision and mission of
Churchill Communities.

Director of Accounting: Michelle Bless
Ms. Bless joined Churchill Residential in 2004. She has
over 23 years of accounting experience, including the last 14
years in multi-family development, management and construction
accounting. She brings valuable experience and has managed
accounting teams for some of the leading firms in our industry. She
insures accurate and timely financial reporting to our partners and
lenders, as well as compliance reporting to our trustees.

Office Manager/I.T.: Becky Villanueva
Ms. Villanueva started with Churchill Residential in
2005. Prior to joining our team she had a successful career
in travel management. She brings with her hands on management and
personnel experience. Becky provides administrative, IT,
telecommunications and copier support to our corporate team.
She assists in business development with Tax Credit Applications
and Market Research. She works closely with our
partners in the marketing efforts with lender & investor
packages.

Property Accountant: Mari Ortiz
Ms. Ortiz started as an Accounting Assistant and was later
promoted to Property Accountant. Primary responsibilities are to
prepare financial reporting packages for property partnerships and
work with third party construction companies, lenders, and equity
investors for preparation and submission of construction draws for
funding. She joined the Churchill team in 2008 and earned the
"Rookie of Year" award in 2009. Ms. Ortiz started her accounting
career in 1998 in various positions that include A/P, A/R, job cost
and payroll.

Accounts Payable: Elaine Ellington
Ms. Ellington started with Churchill Residential in
August 2012. She brings 30 years of accounting
experience that includes; AP, AR, GL, and managerial. Her
background spans across the production of dairy products, CNC
routers, pest control products, electronic component parts and a
short time in property development.
