LEAD MAINTENANCE TECH.

Evergreen at Lewisville

Churchill Residential, is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician for its Evergreen at Lewisville, a 218-unit Senior Living Community.  This position is responsible to provide maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of entire property.  Responsible for the completion of make ready units and the physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy.   Performs and assigns resident work orders ensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours.  Promotes and works as a team with the maintenance and office staff.  Provides outrageous customer service every day.  Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. A valid Texas Driver’s License and company required auto insurance to drive for company business is required.   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  Previous maintenance experience in related industry required.  EPA required and CPO required.

COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

Evergreen at Arbor Hills

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Arbor Hills, a 136 unit Senior Living community.  This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property’s finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  At least 5 years’ experience in a property management position.  CAM certification preferred.   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Yardi is required.  A valid Texas Driver’s License and company required auto insurance to drive for company business is required.

PORTER/MAKE READY

Evergreen at Lewisville

Churchill Administrative Services is seeking to fill the position of Porter/Make Ready for its Evergreen at Lewisville, a 218-unit, Senior Living Community.   Responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep and curb appeal of the property includes common areas.   Uses and maintains cleaning equipment for breezeways, interior and exterior.  Keeps the ground clean of debris and garbage. Maintains daily cleanliness of office and all other amenities and common areas of the property.  This includes laundry rooms, walkways, breezeways, bathrooms, recreational areas, dumpsters, entrances, foyers, walkways, streets, driveways, etc.   Sweep, mop, and clean floors.  Vacuum and steam clean carpets. Thoroughly clean appliances in common kitchen area and workroom. Clean and arrange outdoor furniture and trash receptacles in the pool area. Painting vacant apartments, office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, common areas and occupied apartments when necessary. Responsible for physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy and ensures the company standard completion.

ASST. COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

Evergreen at Arbor Hills

Churchill Residential is looking for an Asst. Community Director/Leasing Agent/Lifestyles Coordinator for its Evergreen at Arbor Hills, a 136-unit Senior Living Community. This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing outrageous customer service every day. Responsible for meeting all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs.  Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects, professionally presenting features and benefits of the community, and coordinating, scheduling, and administrating resident activities. Prepare and maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Also, responsible for proofreading and organizing all lease paperwork as well as the on-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents.  At least two years experience as an Asst. Manager in Residential Property Management.

ASST. MAINTENANCE TECH.

Evergreen at Richardson

Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Richardson, a 170-unit Senior Living Community is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician.  Assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing outrageous customer service every day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations.  Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways.  Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies.  Experience in painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.  At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience required.  EPA required and CPO certification preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.

Churchill Residential, is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician for its Churchill at Golden Triangle a 97- unit Family Living Community.  This position is responsible to provide maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of entire property.  Responsible for the completion of make ready units and the physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy.   Performs and assigns resident work orders ensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours.  Promotes and works as a team with the maintenance and office staff.  Provides outrageous customer service every day.  Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  Previous maintenance experience in related industry required.  EPA required and CPO preferred. Must live within 30 minutes of the property for on call. A valid Texas Driver’s License and company required auto insurance to drive for company business is required.
