LEASING ASSOCIATE/LIFESTYLE SERVICES COORDINATOR
CHURCHILL AT LONGVIEW
Churchill Residential is looking for an energetic Leasing/Lifestyles Coordinator for its Churchill at Longview Family Living Community, Tax Credit, 160 units. This position is responsible to serve as the property’s leasing representative, greeting prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of the community. and secure lease agreements from qualified person. Plans and coordinates resident services activities. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. Must have tax credit experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Previous leasing experience in related industry preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
Evergreen at Hulen Bend
Churchill Residential is looking for an Assistant Community Director for Evergreen at Hulen Bend a 238 unit, senior community. This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing exceptional customer service every day. Responsible for meeting all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs. Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects and professionally presenting features and benefits of the community. Prepare and maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Also, responsible for proofreading and organizing all lease paperwork as well as the on-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents. Two years working experience in a Asst. Community Director role required. Tax Credit experience required. Yardi preferred experience.
Evergreen at Vista Ridge
Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Vista Ridge a 120-unit Senior Living community. This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of a tax credit residential property by providing excellent customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property’s finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. At least 3 years’ experience in a property manager position. CAM certification preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Yardi is required. Valid Texas Driver’s license and required auto insurance.

This position is responsible for the property’s finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. At least, 4 years experience in a property manager position. CAM certification preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Valid Texas Driver’s license and auto insurance required.

May recruit and trains volunteers. Responsible for providing excellent customer service by coordinating, scheduling, and administrating resident activities. Prepares a monthly newsletter and activity calendar. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents. An aptitude for basic office procedures and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must portray a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance. At least one year of previous apartment leasing required.
Evergreen at Longview
Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Longview, a 100-unit Senior Living Community is looking for an Asst. Maintenance Technician. Assists and works under the direct supervision of the Lead Maintenance Tech providing excellent customer service each day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations. Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways. Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies. Responsible for completion of service work orders. Experience in painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. At least two-years prior apartment maintenance experience required. EPA required and CPO certification preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.
