Brad Forslund
Brad ForslundPresident
Mr. Forslund has over 35 years’ experience in the real estate industry. During his career he has been active in development, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. He has developed over 8,000 units totaling approximately $700MM in total project cost. Prior to Churchill, Mr. Forslund was the Dallas/Fort Worth Regional Managing Partner and Senior Vice President of JPI. Prior to JPI, he was an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions and Development with United Dominion Realty Trust.

Mr. Forslund holds C.P.A. from the State of Texas. His education includes a B.B.A. Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, and a Graduate Finance Certificate from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business, SMU. He has served on the boards of the West End Association and the Central Dallas Association (CDA).

Lisa Rogers CAPS
Lisa Rogers CAPSVP of Operations
Ms. Rogers began her long career in the apartment industry upon graduating from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Marketing. She joined Churchill Residential in 2010. Throughout her career, she has had extensive experience in stabilized assets, pre-development, new construction and lease-up, property renovation and opening new markets. Prior to joining Churchill Residential, she was an Area Vice President with Post Properties. She has also been an active participant in the Apartment Association of Tarrant County and served as chairman of several committees.
Mayra Gallegos Ramos
Mayra Gallegos RamosRegional Manager
Ms. Gallegos Ramos is a Certified Apartment Manager with a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas. She joins with over 16 years of Property Management experience. Through her seven-year tenure at Churchill Residential, she has received the Community Director of the Year Award and Rookie of the Year Award. Her proven operational leadership includes property renovations with extensive capital improvements and improving revenue in conventional and affordable housing markets.
Veronica Porras-Nunez, NCP-E, HCCP, CAPS
Veronica Porras-Nunez, NCP-E, HCCP, CAPSSenior Director of Compliance
Ms. Porras-Nunez began her career on-site 14 years ago, where she learned all aspects of successful on-site operations. She subsequently was promoted to Director of Compliance and most recently to Senior Director of Compliance. She is an active member of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of advisors for the National Compliance Professionals.
Lorie Blanchard
Lorie BlanchardAssistant Director of Compliance
Lorie Blanchard joined Churchill Residential in 2007 as part of our Accounting Department. In 2009, she transferred to our onsite team and began her career in property management as an Assistant Director where she was nominated for Employee of the Year in 2012 and 2013. She was promoted to Community Director in 2013. Throughout her time on site, she was a six-time Service Star award recipient. Lorie’s vast experience and success resulted in her joining our corporate team in 2016 as our Assistant Director of Compliance.
Michael Lopez

Michael Lopez joins Churchill Residential with 18 years of onsite property management experience. He creates community by implementing fun and engaging events that cater to all demographics. His extensive marketing and networking skills have earned him lasting relationships with businesses, vendors, and residents. His passion for marketing is shown in his work ethic and he puts the fun in event planning and execution. He has served on various apartment associations throughout his career and received various awards for top leaser, assistant manager, and marketing director.
Sandy Klidas
Sandy KlidasDirector of Human Resources
Sandy Klidas serves Churchill Residential as their Human Resources Director with over 25 years of progressive experience. Nine of those years she directed Human Resources in the Healthcare environment and her experience extends into Non Profit and Ministry organizations. She has supported organizations ranging from 500 to 1000 employees. Her strengths are benefits administration, HRIS, compensation and conflict resolution. Sandy earned her Human Resource Certification through SHRM and her Management Certification through Cornell University. She is passionate about serving to develop and encourage positive work environments that will foster employees to resonate the vision and mission of Churchill Communities.
Becky Villanueva
Becky VillanuevaReal Estate Associate/Office Manager
Ms. Villanueva started with Churchill Residential in 2005. She works closely with our partners in the development of new business. Her primary focus is market research for potential new sites, LIHTC applications and HOME & Grant applications. She assists in the due diligence process of land, construction loan closings and refinance. Becky assists in office management and provides administrative support to our Corporate team.
Michelle Bless
Michelle BlessDirector of Accounting
Ms. Bless joined Churchill Residential in 2004. She has over 23 years of accounting experience, including the last 14 years in multi-family development, management, and construction accounting. She brings valuable experience and has managed accounting teams for some of the leading firms in our industry. She insures accurate and timely financial reporting to our partners and lenders, as well as compliance reporting to our trustees.
Mari Ortiz
Mari OrtizProperty Accountant
Ms. Ortiz started as an Accounting Assistant and was later promoted to Property Accountant. Primary responsibilities are to prepare financial reporting packages for property partnerships and work with third party construction companies, lenders, and equity investors for preparation and submission of construction draws for funding. She joined the Churchill team in 2008 and earned the “Rookie of Year” award in 2009. Ms. Ortiz started her accounting career in 1998 in various positions that include A/P, A/R, job cost and payroll.
Elaine Ellington
Elaine EllingtonAccounts Payable
Ms. Ellington started with Churchill Residential in August 2012. She brings 30 years of accounting experience that includes AP, AR, GL, and managerial. Her background spans across the production of dairy products, CNC routers, pest control products, electronic component parts and a short time in property development.
