Churchill Residential is looking for an energetic temporary Leasing Associate for its new development, Churchill at Golden Triangle. This position is responsible to serve as the property’s leasing representative, professionally present the features and benefits of the community, and secure lease agreements from qualified applicants. This position is part-time and runs from May 2021 – October 2021. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Previous leasing experience in related industry preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.
Evergreen at Rowlett
Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Rowlett a Senior Living Community. This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a 138 unit tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property’s finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. At least, 2 years’ experience in a property management position. CAM certification preferred. ASST COMMUNITY DIRECTOR
Churchill at Golden Triangle
Churchill Residential is looking for an Assistant Community Director/Lifestyles Coordinator for its Churchill at Golden Triangle brand new multi-family community. The property is located in the Keller/Alliance area. This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing outrageous customer service every day. Responsible to meet all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs as well as 811 participants. Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects, professionally presenting features and benefits of the community, and coordinating, scheduling, and administrating resident activities. Prepare and maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Responsible to proofread and organize all lease paperwork as well as the on-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents. Two years working experience in a residential community required and LIHTC/50059 Program knowledge preferred. Must have a Texas Drivers License and a clean driving record.
