COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

Churchill at Champions Circle

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Churchill at Champions Circle a Family Living Community.  This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a 132 unit tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property’s finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Farmer’s Branch a Senior Living Community.  This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a 90 unit tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property’s finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  At least, 2 years’ experience in a property management position.  CAM certification preferred.   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.  Valid Texas Driver’s license required.

ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE – PART TIME

Corporate

Churchill Residential is seeking an Accountant/Accounts Payable associate.  This position is responsible to maintain all accounts payable files to include filing invoices in designated areas and updating vendor information in software. Scans and enters all corporate and draw invoices into Yardi Voyager software and reviews and posts all property invoices. Mails accounts payable checks with appropriate supporting documentation. Researches and responds to all accounts payable inquiries in a prompt manner. Assists Operations team with vendor compliance in NetVendor and monitors NetVendor sync with Voyager vendor records.unclaimed property files and reports those to the State Comptroller on an annual basis. Prepares daily Executive Dashboard report. Prepare and record monthly journal entries; record property deposits. Month end close and general ledger review for 4 properties. Monthly review of all applicable sub-ledgers. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and property bank accounts.  BA in accounting preferred.  At least 2 years in property management preferred. Working experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi.

LEAD MAINTENANCE

Churchill at Longview

Churchill Residential, is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician for its Evergreen at Longview, Senior Living Community.  This position is responsible to provide maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of entire property.  Responsible for the completion of make ready units and the physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy.   Performs and assigns resident work orders ensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours.  Promotes and works as a team with the maintenance and office staff.  Provides outrageous customer service every day.  Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. A valid Texas Driver’s License is required.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  Previous maintenance experience in related industry required.  EPA required and CPO preferred.  Click here for job description.
