HOUSEKEEPER

Evergreen at Hulen Bend

Churchill Residential is looking for Housekeeper for its Evergreen at Hulen Bend Senior Living Community.  This position is responsible to provide outrageous customer service to visitors, new prospects, and residents every day.   Maintains cleanliness of the office and all other amenities and common areas of the property.  This includes laundry rooms, walkways, breezeways, bathrooms, recreational areas, dumpsters, entrances, foyers, walkways, streets, driveways, etc.  Sweep, mop, and clean floors when necessary.  Vacuum and steam clean carpets.  Remove dust and polish furniture in office, and models.  Clean and arrange furniture when needed.  Thoroughly clean appliances in common kitchen area and workroom.  Complete general apartment and model cleaning when assigned.  This includes appliances, floors, cabinets, sinks, closets, bathrooms, windows, etc.   Clean and arrange outdoor furniture and trash receptacles in the pool area.  At least 1year prior apartment cleaning experience preferred.  Must meet the physical requirements of the job description.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR – Part -Time

Corporate 

Churchill Residential is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrative Coordinator for its Corporate Office. This position will assist in the leasing and oversight of tenant move-in, and on-going management of Executive suites. Will be responsible for coordinating all general corporate office duties, including ordering office and break room supplies, office furniture, copiers, and phones. Organize and review documents and support the President in Corporate marketing materials, market research, lender packages and investor packages. Must have office experience with Microsoft products. And at least 2 years corporate office experience preferred. Excellent communication and telephone skills. Exhibit professional behavior with all interaction of vendors, investors, employees, lenders, and government agencies. Previous property management experience a plus. Strong organizational skills and must have a valid Texas Driver’s license with required insurance. Some travel required.

PORTER – Part Time

Evergreen at Farmer’s Branch

Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Farmer’s Branch, a Senior Living Community is seeking a Porter.  This position is responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep and curb appeal of the property includes common areas.  Cares for the lawn, shrubs, trees and plants to keep them in good condition.  Assists with make readies and freshens apartments.  May assists residents with packages/groceries and assists maintenance team with light work orders.  High School Diploma or equivalent. ASST. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Churchill at Champions Circle

Churchill Residential, Champions Circle, a  132 unit Multifamily Living Community is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician.  Assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing outrageous customer service every day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations.  Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways.  Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies.  Experience in painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing preferred.  At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience required.  EPA and CPO certification preferred. ASST. COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

Churchill at Longview

Churchill Residential is looking for an Assistant Community Director for Churchill at Longview , a 160 unit multi-family living community.  This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing outrageous customer service every day.  Responsible to meet all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs.  Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects and professionally presenting features and benefits of the community.  Prepare and maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Also, responsible to proofread and organize all lease paperwork as well as the on-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.  Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.  Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents.  One year working experience in a residential property required.

A valid Texas Driver’s and auto insurance is required.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  Previous maintenance experience in related industry required.  EPA required and CPO preferred.
