Evergreen at Keller

Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Keller, a Senior Living Community is looking for an Assistant Maintenance Technician.  Assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing outrageous customer service every day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations.  Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways.  Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies.  Experience in painting, electrical and plumbing preferred.  At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience required.  EPA required and CPO certification preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.


Evergreen at Arbor Hills

Churchill Residential is looking for an Asst. Community Director/Leasing Agent/Lifestyles Coordinator for its Evergreen at Arbor Hills, a 136-unit Senior Living Community. This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing outrageous customer service every day. Responsible for meeting all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs.  Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects, professionally presenting features and benefits of the community, and coordinating, scheduling, and administrating resident activities. Prepare and maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Also, responsible for proofreading and organizing all lease paperwork as well as the on-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required. Excellent communication skills; written and verbal. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents. One year’s working experience in a residential property required
