ASST. MAINTENANCE TECH

Churchill Residential, Evergreen at Rowlett, a 145-unit Senior Living Community is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician.  Assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing excellent customer service every day in all aspects of apartment maintenance.  Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways.  Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies.  Experience in painting, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.  At least two-years prior apartment maintenance experience required.  EPA required and CPO certification preferred. Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.

COMMUNITY DIRECTOR

Churchill at Golden Triangle

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Churchill at Golden Triangle a 97-unit multifamily living community.  This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a 97 unit tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property’s finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  At least, 2 years experience in a property management position.  CAM certification preferred.   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.  Valid Texas Driver’s license and required  auto insurance required.

LEASING ASSOCIATE/LIFESTYLE SERVICES COORDINATOR

Churchill Residential is looking for an energetic Leasing/Lifestyles Coordinator for its Churchill at Longview a 160-unit Senior Living Community.  This position is responsible for serving as the property’s leasing representative, greeting prospects, professionally presenting the features and benefits of the community. and secure lease agreements from qualified people.  Plans and coordinates resident services activities.  Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  Previous leasing experience in related industry preferred.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.

Evergreen at Farmer’s Branch

Churchill Residential is looking for an Assistant Community Director for Evergreen at Farmer’s Branch, a 90-unit senior living community.  This position is responsible for assisting in maintaining the daily operations of a residential property by providing outrageous customer service every day.  Responsible for meeting all the requirements of the Low-Income Housing and Tax Credit Department of Housing and Community Affairs compliance programs.  Responsible for leasing, greeting prospects and professionally presenting features and benefits of the community.  Prepare and maintain compliance reports for weekly submission to corporate office. Also, responsible for proofreading and organizing all lease paperwork as well as the on-going file maintenance and protection of compliance files.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.  Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.  Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with service staff and residents.  One year’s working experience in a residential property required.  Tax Credit experience preferred.

ACCOUNTANT/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Churchill Residential is looking for a Part Time Property Accountant/Accounts Payable Clerk. Prepare and record monthly journal entries: record property deposits. Month end close and general ledger review for 5 properties. Monthly review of applicable sub-ledgers. Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and property bank accounts. Maintain schedule of fixed asset/depreciation and amortization schedules. Assist with preparation of audit schedules, annual budgets and Replacement Reserve draws.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for internal and external users. Responsible for accounts payable activities which include preparation, review and maintenance of records and invoices. Scans and enters all corporate and draws invoices into Yardi software and reviews and imports all property invoices. Prepare accounts payable invoices according to company procedures. Print accounts payable reports. Assists with monthly closing procedures. Performs end-of-month general ledger reconciliation as required. Business Degree or at least two years’ working experience in accounts payable. Works with Property Managers and Operations to resolve accounting questions. Must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good relations with staff, operations and on-site teams, and vendors. Must have intermediate MS Excel knowledge. Yardi software experience preferred. An aptitude for basic office procedures and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Data Entry skills preferred. Business Degree preferred or 5 years equivalent experience.
