Brad Forslund
Brad ForslundPresident
Mr. Forslund has over 35 years’ experience in the real estate industry. During his career he has been active in development, acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. He has developed over 8,000 units totaling approximately $700MM in total project cost. Prior to Churchill, Mr. Forslund was the Dallas/Fort Worth Regional Managing Partner and Senior Vice President of JPI. Prior to JPI, he was an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions and Development with United Dominion Realty Trust.

Mr. Forslund holds C.P.A. from the State of Texas. His education includes a B.B.A. Degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, and a Graduate Finance Certificate from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business, SMU. He has served on the boards of the West End Association and the Central Dallas Association (CDA).

Lisa Rogers CAPS
Lisa Rogers CAPSVP of Operations
Ms. Rogers began her long career in the apartment industry upon graduating from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Marketing. She joined Churchill Residential in 2010. Throughout her career, she has had extensive experience in stabilized assets, pre-development, new construction and lease-up, property renovation and opening new markets. Prior to joining Churchill Residential, she was an Area Vice President with Post Properties. She has also been an active participant in the Apartment Association of Tarrant County and served as chairman of several committees.
Mayra Gallegos Ramos
Mayra Gallegos RamosRegional Manager
Ms. Gallegos Ramos brings over two decades of property management expertise, she holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas and is a Certified Apartment Manager. Mayra believes that great leadership starts with serving others—fostering a company culture rooted in growth, collaboration, and heart. In partnership with our team, she has been instrumental in developing an industry-leading employee success and training program, equipping team members with the tools and support they need to excel in their roles and build meaningful careers. Her operational leadership includes driving property renovations, managing extensive capital improvement projects, and improving revenue across conventional and affordable housing markets.
Jeannie Hughes

With over 30 years of dedicated experience in property management in key competitive markets, including Southern California, Seattle, and Texas, Ms. Hughes is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Over the course of her career, she has developed a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of our industry and has implemented proven strategies to improve operational efficiency, develop company leaders, and deploy innovative strategies for enhancing property performance.

For the past 9 years, Ms. Hughes has excelled as a Regional Manager, overseeing extensive portfolios and leading large, dynamic teams. Her proven track record ensures that our properties are managed with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Her dedication to both the properties and the teams she leads has consistently contributed to high levels of resident satisfaction and operational success. Her long-standing career is a testament to her unwavering commitment to the field of property management.

Veronica Porras-Nunez, NCP-E, HCCP, CAPS
Veronica Porras-Nunez, NCP-E, HCCP, CAPSSenior Director of Compliance
Veronica Porras-Nunez joined Churchill Residential in 2005 where she began her career as the Director of Compliance. Veronica has over twenty-five years of experience in property management. She began her career in the apartment industry as a leasing agent and worked her way up the ranks. She was born and raised in El Paso, TX where she attended the University of Texas at El Paso. In her apartment industry career, she has obtained several designations in affordable housing. She developed the Compliance Department for Churchill Residential and is well versed in the operational aspect of the industry as well. She ensures that all Federal and State guidelines are met with the layering of different affordable programs at each community. She continues to work alongside the operations team to instill our company mission and values
Cynthia Richards
Cynthia RichardsCompliance Manager
Cynthia Richards recently joined the Churchill Family as the Compliance Manager and brings over twenty-five years of experience to the operations team.
Prior to coming to Churchill, Cynthia performed voucher assistance with a local housing authority and was responsible for assisting the CEO in overall administration and management of all housing developments and properties, while providing oversight of property management and other developments and the Maintenance Department.

Cynthia is well- versed in multiple areas within the apartment industry. This includes monitoring for integrity, quality assurance, consistency of application of program policies and implementation of procedures to ensure all activities are following the Federal and State statutes and regulations, tax credit compliance, housing assistance programs, and property management.

Cynthia is extremely eager about her opportunity to join the team, as she looks forward to learning and engaging in the mission and family- oriented values.

Sandy Klidas
Sandy KlidasDirector of Human Resources
Sandy Klidas serves Churchill Residential as their Human Resources Director with over 25 years of progressive experience. Nine of those years she directed Human Resources in the Healthcare environment and her experience extends into Non Profit and Ministry organizations. She has supported organizations ranging from 500 to 1000 employees. Her strengths are benefits administration, HRIS, compensation and conflict resolution. Sandy earned her Human Resource Certification through SHRM and her Management Certification through Cornell University. She is passionate about serving to develop and encourage positive work environments that will foster employees to resonate the vision and mission of Churchill Communities.
Michelle Bless
Michelle BlessDirector of Accounting
Ms. Bless joined Churchill Residential in 2004. She has over 23 years of accounting experience, including the last 14 years in multi-family development, management, and construction accounting. She brings valuable experience and has managed accounting teams for some of the leading firms in our industry. She insures accurate and timely financial reporting to our partners and lenders, as well as compliance reporting to our trustees.
Teresa Parsley
Teresa ParsleyProperty Accountant
Teresa Parsley joined the Churchill team in December 2022. She has over 40 years of experience in Accounting, working with companies in various industries. This enables her to bring a broad base of expertise to the position of Property Accountant, responsible for monthly accounting functions and financial reporting for several Churchill properties.
Mari Ortiz
Mari OrtizProperty Accountant
Ms. Ortiz started as an Accounting Assistant and was later promoted to Property Accountant. Primary responsibilities are to prepare financial reporting packages for property partnerships and work with third party construction companies, lenders, and equity investors for preparation and submission of construction draws for funding. She joined the Churchill team in 2008 and earned the “Rookie of Year” award in 2009. Ms. Ortiz started her accounting career in 1998 in various positions that include A/P, A/R, job cost and payroll.
